Nutrition Apps With Creator and Affiliate Programs in 2026, Compared

Published · Updated · Facts checked · By Nutrola Creator Program Team

In short

  • Eight nutrition apps have some public route for creators; only MacroFactor, MyNetDiary and Nutrola publish their commission terms in full.
  • MacroFactor: 40% of the first payment, code at sign-up, minimums of 10K Instagram or 20K TikTok with exceptions. Cronometer: a partner form plus a ShareASale listing at $0.10 per lead and 35% per Gold sale. Noom: paid content and commissions to those who qualify, no minimum, no numbers.
  • MyNetDiary pays $10 per qualified paid referral, capped at 20. YAZIO's network listing pays 8% on web sales only. Lifesum lists an influencer partnerships address. Cal AI recruits through outreach and a Creatorland listing.
  • Nutrola: paid deals shaped per creator and put in writing, plus a code paying 20% of the price on every renewal, uncapped, no follower minimum. The only published program in the set that pays on renewals.

If you make fitness, nutrition, wellness or lifestyle content and want to work with a nutrition app, the first problem is finding out who actually has a program. Most apps do not put one on their site. This page lists the ones that publish any route for creators, what each says about pay, and where the terms are, checked against each company's own pages and affiliate-network listings in September 2026.

Nutrola runs one of the programs discussed here. Every figure about another program is quoted from that company's own page or its affiliate-network listing, linked under Sources, as checked on 17 September 2026. Terms change; check the source before you rely on a number.

What is each program, in practice?

MacroFactor

MacroFactor has the most detailed public affiliate terms in the category. The page states 40% of a referred user's first payment ($4.80 monthly, $19.20 six-month, $28.80 yearly), paid by PayPal on the first of the month after the conversion, tracked through a code the new user enters at sign-up, which extends their trial from 7 to 14 days. It lists audience minimums with an exception for particularly engaged or fast-growing accounts, and it says the program is only for people who already use and like MacroFactor. Renewals are not paid. A full side by side with the Nutrola code is here.

YAZIO

YAZIO's partner page offers two tracks: Affiliate Partner, for promoting YAZIO on a website, and Content Creator, for social profiles. No rates are on the page. Affiliate networks list the program; the FlexOffers listing pays 8% of sales with in-app sales excluded and a 30-day cookie. Creator terms come in conversation.

Cronometer

Cronometer's Partner With Us page is a form: what best describes you, whether you use Cronometer, your social profiles, what your ideal partnership looks like, what compensation you are looking for, and a media kit. The page says they only collaborate with people who genuinely use and love the app. The affiliate program is separate and runs through ShareASale, where the listing describes $0.10 per lead plus 35% per Gold sale (Gold is $59.99 a year), a 365-day cookie and a $50 minimum payout.

Noom

Noom's Creators and Community page is broader than calorie tracking, because Noom is a behaviour-change program. It lists paid content opportunities and commission payments for those who qualify, giveaways, live events and features on Noom's own channels, and it states there is no minimum follower requirement. It publishes no numbers; network listings describe $10 to $15 per qualified trial or sign-up.

Lifesum

Lifesum has no program page. Its contact page lists an email address under "Partnership (Social Media Influencer)", so the route is a direct pitch. Nothing about terms is published.

MyNetDiary

MyNetDiary publishes full referral terms: $10 per qualified referral, where qualified means the person entered your code at sign-up, started a paid subscription billed to their own account and stayed in good standing through a verification period. There is a lifetime cap of 20 qualified referrals per referrer and a Lifetime Premium membership after five. It is a referral scheme, not a sponsorship program.

Cal AI

Cal AI, whose acquisition by MyFitnessPal was announced in 2026, has no program page on its own site. It recruits through direct outreach and through a public Creatorland listing that describes a fixed payment per post based on audience size and engagement plus an affiliate program, and lists 5K+ followers on TikTok and Instagram while also saying any follower count is welcome. Its founders have said in interviews that affiliates earn a percentage of revenue, without giving the number.

Nutrola

Nutrola's offers are shaped per creator: a fee per reel on your own profile, a fee for files Nutrola posts itself, a code only, or a mix, built from what your recent reels actually do and put in writing before you film. There is no follower minimum. The one part that is the same for everyone is the code: 20% of the subscription price the subscriber paid, on the first payment and every renewal or rebill, for as long as the code is live, uncapped. The program in full.

What should you look for before you apply anywhere?

  • First payment or recurring. A 40% commission on a first payment and a 20% commission on every renewal are different animals. Ask which one you are being offered. How to compare them.
  • Paid fee or commission only. Commission-only deals cost the brand nothing if your reel does not convert. A fee is the brand taking on some of the risk.
  • What they count. A code entered inside the app cannot break the way a tracking link can, but it depends on your audience typing it in. A link is easier, but attribution gets lost between the ad, the store and the app, and some listings exclude in-app sales outright.
  • Whether you have to use the app. MacroFactor and Cronometer say so. Nutrola sets your account up with Premium before you film for the same reason: a reel where the creator is fumbling with the app converts for nobody.
  • Caps and windows. A 20-referral lifetime cap or a 30-day cookie changes what an audience is worth to you over a year.

If the recurring, uncapped, no-minimum shape is the one you want, Nutrola's form is here.

Frequently asked questions

Which calorie tracking apps pay creators upfront?

Of the programs with public pages in September 2026: Nutrola's offers can include a fixed fee for reels or files, set per creator and stated in writing before filming. Noom's creator page lists paid content opportunities for those who qualify. Cronometer's partner form asks what compensation you are looking for, so paid deals are handled case by case. MacroFactor, YAZIO and MyNetDiary are commission or referral programs on their public pages.

Which nutrition app affiliate program pays the highest commission?

On the first payment, MacroFactor's published 40% ($28.80 on a yearly plan) is the highest rate we found, followed by Cronometer's 35% per Gold sale on its ShareASale listing. Nutrola's code pays a lower 20%, but on the price paid at every renewal and rebill, uncapped; per referral it pays less on a yearly subscriber who never renews and more on monthly plans and on subscribers who stay. Compare expected dollars, not percentages.

Do I need 10K followers to join a nutrition app creator program?

Not everywhere. Nutrola and Noom state no follower minimum, MyNetDiary's referral program is open to anyone, and Cal AI's Creatorland listing says any follower count is welcome. MacroFactor publishes minimums of 10,000 Instagram or 20,000 TikTok followers (5,000 on YouTube), with exceptions for engaged or fast-growing audiences. Cronometer, YAZIO and Lifesum publish no threshold.
